A talk by Veronica Veen about her more than 35 years of cultural anthropological fieldwork in Gozo on women’s history, their life experiences and, most especially, oral storytelling, as documented in a series of books: Female Images of Malta: Goddess, Giantess, Farmeress (1994), The Maltese Cinderella and the Women’s Storytelling Tradition (2017), and Luฤ‹ija Tells… Women’s History and experience of Life on Gozo, Malta (2020).
