Whoever requires an ISMN from the NBC may get in touch with the Secretary on: joe.debattista@gov.mt or download a copy of the application form by clicking below: ISMN application form All application forms are to be addressed to: National Book Council, The Secretary, Mr. Joe Debattista, Central Public Library, Floriana FRN1800 joe.debattista@gov.mt Prices for acquiring ISMN are as follows: One ISMN = €10 Bundle of 10 ISMN = €50 Bundle of 20 ISMN = €80 .
