The 16th PLR payment is out

The National Book Council would like to announce that the sixteenth PLR (Public Lending Rights) payment is being distributed to authors, illustrators and photographers whose books were borrowed from Public Libraries in Malta and Gozo in the period covering the 1st of July, 2018 till the 30th September, 2018. The National Book Council would also like to announce that for this current year the scheme was increased  from €6,000 to €10,000 per quarter.  The list of said authors, their books and total remuneration can be found below:
