Mal-mistiedna tkellimna dwar iż-żewġ ġabriet ta’ novelli tagħha, Id-dar f’tarf ir-raħal u Il-pultruna li titbandal (Horizons). Fost l-oħrajn iddiskutejna l-ġeneru tal-buzzett, jew bl-Ingliż flashfiction, jiġifieri novelli qosra immens, kif ukoll dwar il-letteratura għaż-żgħażagħ, u l-importanza tal-programmi letterarji għal min ma tiġihx naturali jaqra ktieb. Isma’ l-intervista sħiħa hawnhekk. Maria Camilleri ħadmet bħala għalliema sakemm irtirat fl-2004. Wara l-irtirar bdiet tipproduċi programmi fuq ir-radju dwar il-Malti u ta’ interess ġenerali, ngħidu aħna l-programm ‘Il-Kelma Maltija’. Bħalissa tippreżenta l-programm tar-radju ‘Paġni u aktar’. Fl-2015 ħarġet l-ewwel ġabra ta’ novelli, Id-dar f’tarf ir-raħal, u fl-2020 tennet pubblikazzjoni simili, Il-pultruna li titbandal.
