Join us for the announcement of the winners and readings by the winning poets of the seventh edition of the Doreen Micallef National Poetry Contest, launched by the National Book Council with the aim of further raising the profile of poetry in Malta and honouring the best poetry written in Maltese. 

As the closing event of the Festival, the ceremony will be followed by a networking event featuring National Book Prize winners and shortlisted authors. Enjoy live music by singer Mariele Żammit, who has set poems by Oliver Friggieri and Joe Friggieri to music.
