Carmel Serracino is Head of Department and Senior Lecturer in Classics within the Department of Classics and Archaeology at the University of Malta. His most recent publications include, as editor, Ardet Amans: Essays in Honour of Horatio Caesar Roger Vella (2022), as author, Fabulae Melitae Mirabiles (2022), an anthology of Maltese legends in Latin, and, together with Jordan Sant, Bawxati u Reati tal-Imperaturi Rumani tal-Ewwel Seklu WK (2024). Andrew Debono Cauchi studied Classics and Philosophy at the University of Malta and then at Leiden University. He currently works within the Department of Classics and Archaeology at the University of Malta, where he is also reading for a doctorate on the reception of the Classics in the Italian Renaissance. His research interests include Greek metaphysics, classical reception, translation, and poetry. He is also a poet and his poetry collection Ħlief Memorji u Dellijiet was published in 2019.
