Bejn id-drapp u l-ġilda, il-ħajta u r-ritratt, dan ix-xogħol jiżvolġi mill-ġest tal-ġibda tal-keffa, it-tħaxkin tal-ħwejjeġ mal-ġilda, it-tregħida tal-memorja meħjuta. Kull ritratt huwa biċċa mill-ġisem li jirrifjuta li jintrabat; kull kelma, fil bejn il-preżenza u l-assenza. Flimkien, jiffurmaw koreografija taa’ memorja – il-qtugħ, it-tiswija, it-tkejjil – fejn l-att tal-ħjata jsir kemm ritwal kif ukoll reżistenza. Il-ktieb jiċċaqlaq bħall-ġisem li l-poeżija ta’ ġo fih titkellem fuqu: jiltewa, jistrieħ, jinfetaħ mill-ġdid.
