This manual is an important tool which explains the way in which the ISBN of every publication, be it for a print or electronic publication, is created. It also contains important information about the historical background; the benefits and function of ISBN, its structure, allocation, the place where it is printed as well as information about other identifying factors and a list of FAQs. A copy of this digital publication may be accessed directly from the International ISBN Agency website: https://www.isbn-nternational.org/contents/isbn-users-manual. You may also download your own copy from this link: Manwal ghall-Utenti tal-ISBN (Malti) With this publication, Malta joined other countries from around the world associated with the International ISBN Agency which had already translated this important manual into their official language.
