The 42nd PLR Payment Is Out

The National Book Council would like to announce that the 42nd PLR (Public Lending Rights) payment is being distributed to authors, illustrators and photographers whose books were borrowed from Public Libraries in Malta and Gozo in the period covering from 1 April till 30 June 2025.
