The 43rd PLR Payment Is Out

The National Book Council would like to announce that the 43rd PLR (Public Lending Rights) payment is being distributed to authors, illustrators and photographers whose books were borrowed from Public Libraries in Malta and Gozo in the period covering from 1 July till 30 September 2025.
