Applications are to be addressed to: National Book Prize 2016 Attn. Mr. Joseph Debattista National Book Council Central Public Library Prof. J. Mangion Street Floriana FRN 1800 Download application forms, regulations and judging criteria for every Prize category from the National Book Prize page.
