Home / News / ‘The Digital Librarian’ Competition 2013 Back to News ‘The Digital Librarian’ Competition 2013 Initiatives • Literary Contests • News • Novels for Youth Contest 22nd May, 2014 On Thursday the 22nd of May, 2014, during a small ceremony at the Central Public Library, the National Book Council together with Mr. Joseph Mizzi (Managing Director of Klabb Kotba Maltin and Midsea Books Publications) and Mr. Edwin Catania ( Director of Nemo Publications) presented Ms. Askya Pizzuto with an iPAD for placing first in the ‘The Digital Librarian’ art competition. This competition, organized over the course of 2013 was open for students starting from Form 4 (secondary school level) to post-secondary and MCAST students and asked of each participant to express, in their chosen media, their idea of today’s (and possibly tomorrow’s) Digital Librarian.
