Home / News / A taste of Maltese Literature in Brussels Back to News A taste of Maltese Literature in Brussels News 13th February, 2017 A taste of Maltese literature in Brussels The National Book Council would like to announce it has set up a literary event in Brussels on occasion of Malta’s EU presidency. Four well-known and prize-winning authors will treat the audience to excerpts of their work. Alex Vella Gera and Lorrane Vella will appear on 17th March at 18:00 hours, while Clare Azzopardi and Maria Grech Ganado will appear the day after, starting at 14:00 hours. The venue is Librebook – Bruxelles, 128, Chaussée de Wavre, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium. Anyone visiting Brussels during these dates should make sure they do not miss the unique occasion to get a taste of contemporary Maltese literature at its best.
