The 41st PLR Payment Is Out

The National Book Council would like to announce that the 41st PLR (Public Lending Rights) payment is being distributed to authors, illustrators and photographers whose books were borrowed from Public Libraries in Malta and Gozo in the period covering from 1 January till 31 March 2025.

The list of said persons, their books and total remuneration can be found below:
