An animated reading session to school children by Mr. Joseph Galea followed the presentation of the books. Also present for the occasion was the Minister of Education and Employment, Evarist Bartolo who pitched in with reading advice and lively banter which the students truly responded to. This Book Donation is not the only one of its kind – the National Book Council has already donated new material to Żabbar Primary School and in the coming months will be tackling several select school libraries one by one!
