The National Book Council would like to announce that the third PLR (Public Lending Rights) payment is being distributed to authors, illustrators and photographers whose books were borrowed from Public Libraries in Malta and Gozo in the period covering the 1st of April 2015 till the 30th of June, 2015. The list of said authors, their books and total remuneration can be found below:
