The 39 PLR Payment Is Out

The National Book Council would like to announce that the thirty-nine PLR (Public Lending Rights) payment is being distributed to authors, illustrators and photographers whose books were borrowed from Public Libraries in Malta and Gozo in the period covering from 1 July till 31 September 2024.
