Isma’ l-intervista sħiħa hawnhekk. Giuseppe Schembri Bonaci studja l-Filosofija, il-Liġi u l-Arti fl-Università ta’ Malta, l-universitajiet ta’ l-Istat ta’ Kiev u ta’ Moska, u wettaq studji ta’ riċerka fl-Università ta’ ta’ Milan. Huwa l-awtur ta’ ‘Shostakovich, Britten, Stravinsky and Painters in Between: 1936’, analiżi tar-relazzjoni bejn il-moderniżmu u l-poter. Kiteb bosta kotba dwar l-Arti Moderna u Kontemporanja, il-Filosofija tal-Arti, u l-arti Maltija tas-seklu għoxrin. Huwa Professur Assoċjat fid-Dipartiment tal-Arti u l-Istorja tal-Arti fl-Università ta’ Malta, koordinatur tal-Programm tal-Arti fid-Dipartiment ta’ l-Arti u l-Istorja ta’ l-Arti, Direttur Artistiku tal-Biennale tal-Arti Kontemporanja APS fil-Katidral tal-Mdina, u Direttur Artistiku ta’ Strada Stretta Concept. Bħalissa qed jaħdem fuq serje ta’ pubblikazzjonijiet tematiċi dwar it-teorija u l-istorja tal-arti Maltija tas-seklu għoxrin, fosthom il-kotba finalisti tal-Premju Nazzjonali tal-Ktieb 2020 – The Unreality of Realism: An insular perspective on the development of modern art (Horizons, 2019), u Metal and Silence: The quest for authenticity in the arts (Horizons, 2019).
