The 40th PLR Payment Is Out

The National Book Council would like to announce that the fortieth PLR (Public Lending Rights) payment is being distributed to authors, illustrators and photographers whose books were borrowed from Public Libraries in Malta and Gozo in the period covering from 1 October till 31 December 2024.

The list of all recipients, the relevant books and the total remuneration can be found below
