The National Book Council would like to announce that the thirteenth PLR (Public Lending Rights) payment is being distributed to authors, illustrators and photographers whose books were borrowed from Public Libraries in Malta and Gozo in the period covering the 1st of October, 2017 till the 31st December, 2017.
